Do you have order minimums?

We have minimums for certain products. This is explained in our catalogs and is also found in our Excel Order Form. It is our desire to make ordering easy for our customers and efficient for us. If you have any questions, please contact us. You can access our catalogs from the menu bar.

Where are you located?

Our address is 11711 West Cadillac Road, Cadillac, MI 49601. We are located five minutes east of Mitchell Street. Take M-55 east toward Lake City/McBain. Our facility is immediately on the right, at the corner of Old 55 & M-55.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are based on your location, product weight, and the size of each box. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $1,000 and shipping to a business address.

What is your invoicing procedure?

Invoices are placed inside a plastic envelope and attached to the outside of the box. We automatically send an invoice via email at the time of shipment, if we have an email on file. You will get a tracking number as well as the invoice attached. If we do not have an email for you and you would like your invoices emailed to you, please contact Cindy (231)920-8417. You can also email us at sales@mipuzzles.com.

What happens once I submit my order?

Once your order has been entered, we will send an order acknowledgement via email. If there is no email on file, we will move onto pulling your order. Once your order is pulled you will receive an email with your invoice and the tracking number(s) for your order. We do attach an invoice to every shipment as well.

May I pick up from your warehouse?

Yes. You may pick up from our warehouse. We are open MON-FRI 9am-5pm. Simply place your order in advance, then call ahead to verify that someone will be available to assist you. If you need to pick-up on a weekend, contact us to see if we will be available.

Where should I send my orders?

Orders may be emailed, texted, or called to sales@mipuzzles.com or (231)920-8416. If you still use sales@mifalls.com, your email will still be received.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom or out of stock items on your order may increase processing time.

Do you sell at wholesale shows?

Yes. We sell at the Mid-Michigan Souvenir & Gift Show, the Northern Michigan Gift Show, and the IGES Trade Show.

Do you sell Cash & Carry at your shows?

Yes, some our shows allow cash & carry sales. If you are taking product with you, we require immediate payment.

Who takes your photos/designs your products?

All of our products are designed in-house by Phil Stagg and Wesley Stagg. Every photo is taken by Phil Stagg.

Where can I order your products?

You can order directly through us or check out our online store via Faire.

Do you have order forms?

Yes, an excel spreadsheet can be found at the bottom of each of the catalog pages. If you would like a printable sheet, we have attached each order form to the menu bar for your convenience.

May I pay via credit card?

You may pay via credit card, however, there will be a 3% surcharge added to your invoice. To pay via credit card, call Cindy at (231)920-8417.

How do I pay via check?

To pay via check, make checks payable to Phil Stagg Photography, and mail to 11711 West Cadillac Road Cadillac, MI 49601.

Where are your products made?

All of our products, except for our notepads (made in Canada), are made in the USA.

How do you handle returns and exchanges?

If products are damaged in shipping, we will issue a refund or replace the affected products. Please provide photos of damaged products. All photos can be sent to shipping@mipuzzles.com. You may contact us regarding any other issues as well. Every effort will be made to reach an equitable solution.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! Any order over $1,000 and shipping to a business address located in the contiguous 48 states will qualify you for free shipping.

I have a problem with my order, who do I contact?

If your order has not shipped yet, please email sales@mipuzzles.com. If your order has shipped, please email shipping@mipuzzles.com. Every effort will be made to reach an equitable solution. Please attach the invoice number to the email.

Do you have a pricing list?

Yes, our pricing list can be found in the Order Forms tab in the menu. There is only pricing for items that have UPC’s.
