We offer over 300 unique puzzle designs in 300-piece, 500-piece, and 1000-piece formats.
Each design is exclusive to its size and not available in other piece counts. -
Puzzles are sold in quantities of 2 per design to support efficient fulfillment and inventory management.

To help you save on shipping and ensure your order arrives safely:
Puzzles ship most efficiently in increments of 16. Ordering in these quantities helps reduce shipping costs and maximizes packaging efficiency.
You can mix and match 500-piece and 1000-piece puzzles within those increments.
300-piece puzzles are packed in a different box size and ship best separately from other piece counts.
We generally ship via FedEx Ground or UPS, and following these guidelines helps keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

Once you’ve decided on the number of puzzles you’d like to order, please email us your order details. You may use our order form, include the information directly in the body of your email, or submit your own order form or spreadsheet. Be sure to include the quantity and the corresponding product SKU for each item.

Once your order is submitted via email, it will be promptly entered into our system. Please be aware that all orders are automatically adjusted to meet our standard case quantity requirements. A Sales Order Acknowledgement will be sent to confirm receipt and details of your order.

How many puzzles come in a box?
There are 16 puzzles per box.
Do I save on shipping costs if I order full boxes of puzzles?
Yes. Full boxes, typically cost the same to ship as half boxes.
Do you offer custom puzzles?
Yes. For custom puzzles you must order a full pallet (576 puzzles). These orders will be shipped directly to you. For pricing and more information contact phil@mipuzzles.com

Do I need to order full boxes of puzzles?
If you want FREE SHIPPING, we require each box be filled out (16 per box) and the total order be over $1,000.
What puzzle designs should we sell?
We recommend buying multiple designs to encourage customers to come back to your store. Carrying few designs limits the number of times a customer will come back. There is no magic selection of designs. We do, however, recommend that you buy local designs to start. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
How many puzzles do I have to order?
Puzzles are sold in quantities of 2/design.
What sizes ship well together?
The 1000 & 500 piece puzzles ship well together as they have the same box size. The 300 piece puzzles have a smaller box size, so if you are looking to order these, we recommend ordering enough to fill out their own case (16 puzzles).
Do I need the product SKU to order?
We prefer SKU’s when accepting an order to make sure you are getting the desired product(s). You can find the SKU in the catalog under each product. If your order does not have the product SKU’s, we may ask you to resubmit your order.
