How many keychains come per design?
Our keychains come in different sized quantities depending on the designs size and how they fit on the sheet.
Do I save on shipping costs if I order more keychains?
Yes. The more you buy, the better shipping costs will be. These items are small and take up very little space. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on any order over $1,000 that is shipping to a business address. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
How do I order the Keychains?
Select the design that you would like to order, specify the color(s) you would like, and then tell us how many keychains of each color you would like. Just remember you must order in certain quantities per color. You can find that information under each product in our catalog.
How many keychains do I need to order?
You must order the required quantity for that design per color.
How do the keychains hold up?
The keychains are pretty sturdy but since they are made from a plastic material they can break if you were to use excessive force. We have been using these keychains for months with no issues.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Since the keychains are made to order, your order will take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the number of orders to process. If you haven’t heard anything from us after the additional 5 business days, please email us with your order number and we would be happy to update you on a ship date.
Can I order customized keychains?
Yes. You can order customized keychains. We just require that your text fits inside the design. We will let you know if there are ever problems.
Do I need the product SKU to order?
We prefer SKU’s when accepting an order to make sure you are getting the desired product(s). You can find the SKU in the catalog under each product.
Can I get a Keychain made of my logo?
Yes, you can send us your logo and we can make a keychain for you. Pricing will reflect that of our customized keychains. Quantities will vary depending on shape and size but will be no more than 50 keychains/color.
